Product description

 

clean.edge.liquid LR is a low-residue, VOC-free universal release agent for use in edge banding machines in the woodworking industry. In addition to its function as a release agent, the fluid can be used as an antistatic coolant and as a cleaning agent - All-IN Fluid. As the product is non-flammable, unlike flammable solvents, it does not need to be considered for explosion protection as a hybrid mixture (explosive dusts and explosive solvent vapors) when used in edge banding machines. The assessment of the explosion hazard from the dusts is sufficient here, provided no other flammable products are used. This reduces the risk of fire in the chip extraction system and in the chip bunker.

The product is characterized by low residues and is therefore particularly suitable for dark decors.

Saves time, costs and material

The release agent can be used in larger containers as it does not require labeling. This also saves time, as with the mobilaTECT system a single canister can supply the machine from a single point. This eliminates the need to frequently change the many individual bottles. The release agent also lasts longer, as the mobilaTECT nozzles spray it on sparingly (< 1 liter per nozzle per 15,000 linear meters is required). Processing tools, such as profile cutters and scraper blades, can be used for longer - they are protected against plastic and adhesive adhesion. Fiber and sisal cloth round brushes last up to the wear limit as they are always clean and do not stick.

  • For edgebanding processes
  • Application in the edge banding machine by means of the mobilaTECT vaporizer nozzles
  • Suitable for room door manufacture, in postforming, softforming, coating, and also for pressure shoes and flexible rods
  • For edges and work piece surfaces with protective film, because the film is prevented from shifting
  • Before flat and profile scrapers to prevent glue from adhering to the tools
  • Before the buffing units for moistening

Application

The ready-to-use clean.edge.liquid LR is applied in combination with the mobilaTECT application system. The mobilaTECT system can be supplied either via a 20 L canister per side or centrally via a 1000 L IBC for several systems.

 

For sensitive materials, please test the product on a sample piece or an inconspicuous area of the individual piece before application. If you are unsure, we will be happy to advise you.
